Frequently asked Questions
Is my scale bluetooth enabled? The model number on the manual in the package does not include "BLE".
Since the bluetooth and non-bluetooth versions of the scales are the exact same, except for the bluetooth, there is not always a separate manual included for the bluetooth scale. This is confusing at first but we always recommend testing with the Teamworks AMS App to double check the scale functionality.
How do I connect to the Bluetooth signal from the scale?
This must be done from the settings on the Teamworks AMS App. You cannot connect to the scale from the Ipad Bluetooth Settings.
The Bluetooth signal is only initiated when you step on the scale. In order to test the scale and the bluetooth functionality, open the AMS App and step on the scale.
